We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Office Specialties Ltd T/A OSWorkplace. Please read the following terms carefully.
1) Inspection on Delivery
- Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
- Any picking errors, shortages, or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
2) Returns Window
- You may return items within 10 days of delivery for a full credit (subject to conditions below).
- After 10 days, we may accept goods back at our discretion, but not at full credit value.
3) Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Food and drink products
- Any other items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
4) Restocking Charges
- Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

6) Condition of Returned Goods
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
7) Refunds & Credits
- Approved returns will be credited to your account or refunded via the original payment method.
- Deductions may apply for restocking charges or if goods are returned outside the 10-day window.
