Delivery Policy

We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery for all orders placed with OSWorkplace. Please review the following details carefully.


1) Delivery Options

1.1 Next Business Day Delivery

  • Most products are available for next business day delivery, provided:
    • The item is in stock
    • The order is placed before 5:00 pm (Monday–Thursday)
  • Orders placed after 4:00 pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
  • Delivery times: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Excludes public holidays.

1.2 3–5 Business Day Delivery

  • Applies to:
    • Furniture
    • Large technology items
    • Safes
    • Certain business machines
  • Delivery times vary; check the product page or contact Customer Services on 01750 720745.

2) Delivery Costs

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £35 (ex VAT)
  • Orders under £35 (ex VAT): £5.00 delivery charge
  • Outside UK Mainland (Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands): Surcharges apply—contact us for rates.

3) Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses
  • All deliveries require a signature to ensure safe receipt.

4) Furniture Delivery & Installation

  • Delivered by a specialist team within 6–10 business days
  • Includes:
    • Advance notification of delivery date and time
    • Call one hour before arrival
    • Full installation and removal of packaging
    • Area clean-up after completion
  • 24 hours’ notice required to amend or cancel delivery
  • Charges calculated at checkout.

5) Multiple Items

  • If all items qualify for next-day delivery, they will arrive together.
  • Mixed orders (next-day and 3–5 day items) will arrive on separate days.

6) Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Business account customers: We will try to accommodate AM/PM slots and specific delivery points within the Scottish Borders only.
  • Timed deliveries outside the Scottish Borders are not available.

7) Missed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable:
    • Another person in your office may sign on your behalf
    • If no one is available, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions to rearrange delivery
    • Couriers usually attempt a second delivery before requiring you to contact them.

8) Tracking

  • You can check your order status in the My Account section of our website.
